FOR ALL APARTMENTS

Linen and towels are not provided. It can be rented on site, reporting it at the time of booking at a cost of € 5 per pax per towels set, € 5 per pax for sheets, € 5 per pax for pool towel, € 10 per apartment for kitchen linen (1 tablecloth, napkin per pax and two dryers every 2people) per week or less.
15% off for booking made at least 30 days before arrival (90 days for high season) and fully  payed at the confirmation.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights;  4 nights from 17/04/2025 to 04/05/2025 and from 31/05/2025 to 04/07/25 and 7 nights  from 05/07/2025 to 05/09/2025
Mandatory check-in and check-out on Saturdays from 05/07/2025 to 29/08/25 (different days on request);
From 1st November  to 31st  March an extra of €20 each day for the use of the heating is required

Free Internet for stays longer than 5 nights, otherwise € 15 for the period.
